I am not vegan or a student, but I really appreciate any book that will save me time and give healthy options for meals. This cookbook is perfect for anyone new to veganism and cooking. Also, the ingredients are ones that are easy to find and inexpensive.

The book has an extensive ingredient glossary and a great list of kitchen tools to have on hand. The recipes are easy to follow with lots of great images to accompany each one. Many of the recipes are fun and interesting so they will definitely appeal to college students.
