Wonder Woman: Warbringer by Leigh Bardugo does not disappoint! This Wonder Woman retelling is easy to follow and will keep the reader on the edge of their seat as Diana and her squad journey to save the world from war. Diana is such a fresh main character, and I enjoyed reading about the strong female friendships. This five star book is absolutely perfect, and I would say it’s a must-read this year. Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo is a book about heists, and contains six amazing main characters that you can’t help but love. There are so many beautiful descriptions in the five star story and moments of humour that made it so entertaining. I would say that Six of Crows is one of the best books of the YA BookTok Books! Truthwitch by Susan Dennard, the first book in The Witchlands Series, has everything fans of high fantasy will enjoy. The main characters are wonderfully developed and so relatable, there are epic battle scenes, and a friendship that is so strong and admirable. Also, the whole concept is just incredible with its witcheries and world-building that just blow the reader away. It is a perfect choice for a YA book club pick. Continue reading
