Stalking Jack the Ripper by Kerri Maniscalco is the perfect festive read for Halloween. It is is a little bit out of my comfort zone since I don’t typically read scary books, but I found myself loving the thrilling plot and the intelligent main character. Catwoman: Soulstealer by Sarah J. Maas
Catwoman: Soulstealer by Sarah J. Maas is filled with action and suspense, and the main character is surprisingly easy to root for, despite her being a villain. The dual narration also provides some drama. I really enjoyed this story, and I am excited for the series to continue. The main character is so brave and comes a long way from the beginning of the book as well. This is a book that should be on everyone’s TBRs. Continue reading
