Four Dead Queens by Astrid Scholte is the kind of unputdownable book I had been waiting to review. This fantasy-thriller fusion is enthralling, and the plot is unpredictable. The Steel Prince by V.E.Schwab is an enthralling YA graphic novel that is the prequel to the Shades of Magic series. It is a bit out of my comfort zone, but I found myself enjoying the unique, action-packed plot and the gorgeous artwork. I believe that this is a great introduction to the series, and I am excited to continue on with the story. Continue reading

Dark of the West by Joanna Hathaway is unlike any fantasy I’ve read before. The book features espionage, forbidden romance, and aviation, which is such any amazing combination. I enjoyed both of the main characters, and the writing is impressive. I would definitely recommend this one as it is an original high fantasy. Continue reading
