Welcome to my stop along the blog tour for That’s Not What I Heard by Stephanie Kate Strohm! I have always loved Stephanie Kate Strohm’s novels and this one that is all about a rumour sounds like it is super cute. To celebrate, I have created a list of YA books about gossip. Keep reading to learn more about the book.

YA Books About Gossip
Like it Never Happened by Emily Adrian
This YA contemporary is about a girl who has a bad reputation because of a rumour. She is resilient and learns how to rise above the drama. If you are a fan of books about sisters and acting this is one to try.
Tiny Pretty Things by Sona Charaipotra and Dhonielle Clayton
If you love books that feature dancing and competitions, this is a book to check out. The characters will stop at nothing when it comes to being the best. Definitely one for fans of Pretty Little Liars.
One of Us is Lying by Karen M. McManus
I have had this mystery novel on my TBR for quite some time now. It sounds like an updated version of The Breakfast Club with a murder to solve. Lots of secrets and lies to uncover in this one, for sure
The Truth About Alice by Jennifer Mathieu
A realistic fiction novel that explores the rumour mill of a high school. Everyone seems to think that they know what happened the night of the party. The book deals with some hard-hitting issues.
Some Girls Are by Courtney Summers
Courtney Summers always seems to write books that are gripping and realistic. Some Girls Are tells the story about the effects of bullying. A tough read that will make you think and feel.
Are there any YA books that you know of that would fit this list?
This is on my TBR and sounds different than any other YA I’ve read. Rumors are difficult issues, so this book sounds exciting to read.
I agree! I think that this one will be really enlightening. 🙂
This book has been added to my TBR. Good luck with your novel.
I hope that you enjoy it! 🙂
It’s already on my reserve list at the library! Looking forward to it.
