Catwoman: Soulstealer by Sarah J. Maas is filled with action and suspense, and the main character is surprisingly easy to root for, despite her being a villain. Review: Batman: Nightwalker by Marie Lu

Batman: Nightwalker by Marie Lu is a book that I had very high hopes for, since I enjoy Batman’s story and Marie Lu is one of my all-time favourite authors, and I can definitely say that I was not disappointed. This book is an action-packed Batman origin story, and the main characters are so developed. It is also well-written and does the franchise justice. Wonder Woman: Warbringer by Leigh Bardugo does not disappoint! This Wonder Woman retelling is easy to follow and will keep the reader on the edge of their seat as Diana and her squad journey to save the world from war. Diana is such a fresh main character, and I enjoyed reading about the strong female friendships. This book is absolutely perfect, and I would say it’s a must-read this year. Continue reading
