Olivia Hops is the founder and owner of Unbaked: A Cookie Dough Bar, an online shop specializing in customizable Edible Cookie Dough. Before baking, the San Diego native was an avid sports fan, playing football throughout middle school and high school (and yes, with the boys!). She aspired to be a sports journalist and began her writing career at just 13 years old when she started writing for Sports Illustrated Kids. At 18, she moved from San Diego to Los Angeles to start what she thought was her dream job at the NFL Network. She quickly realized sitting behind a desk wasn’t cut out for her, though, and in 2015, the 19-year-old launched Unbaked. It became the world’s first edible cookie dough shop that allowed its customers to customize their dough.
