Passenger by Alexandra Bracken is one of those books that you wish would never end! The novel is all about time travel and its attention to historical details is impeccable. There is also a main character who plays the violin, is very relatable and adds depth to the story.

❀ An Amazing Time Travel Book
Bracken has created an amazing time travel book with Passenger! I loved the way the concept of time travel is incorporated in this particular book. The characters not only travel to a different year, but they also travel to different locations around the world. The constant change in setting was refreshing and really made the book a fast paced adventure.
❀ Wonderful Imagery
I am honestly not a huge historical fiction fan, but Passenger worked for me. All of the little details seem historically accurate. Also, the characters paid close attention to their outfits, making sure that they dressed appropriate for the time period. It was really easy to visualize the incredible transformation of the chrononauts and Bracken paints a wonderful image for the reader in her descriptions of their attire. A great deal of research must have gone into this book, and as a reader, I am appreciative.
❀ Etta is an Interesting Character
The character that seems to be the most interesting in Passenger is Etta. First of all, she plays the violin, which gives her a distinct quality that is just so fantastic. Etta is also very calm about the whole time travel concept and adjusts well to each location. These attributes make Etta a character that has so many layers and really makes her an amazing time traveller to read about.
❀ Will Appeal to Many
Passenger by Alexandra Bracken is an incredible historical time travel book that will appeal to many. The protagonist, Etta is also a very interesting character that adds an incredible flavour to the novel.This wonderful story is one that should be on your radar, as it contains so much depth and intrigue.
