Girl, Serpent, Thorn by Melissa Bashardoust is a YA fairy tale retelling that sounds really intriguing. I have yet to read the author’s first book, Girls Made of Snow and Glass, but I have heard great things. The fact that this is an original fantasy tale inspired by Persian mythology has me really excited. Also, that cover is really striking.
