Mera: Tidebreaker by Danielle Paige is a graphic novel, which I don’t typically read, but I am loving the concept. The fact that it is all about the origins of Mera and Aquaman has really got me excited to give it a try. I have always loved Danielle Paige’s writing. She just seems to be able to perfect a great retelling, and her Dorothy Must Die series is one of my all-time favourites. I love the the fact this book explores Atlantis and I can’t wait to see what Paige has come up with.

I have unfortunately never read the Dorothy Must Die series, so I am happy to hear that she has something new coming to the table. Can’t say I am the biggest fan of the cover, but I am still interested in the story, no doubt
The cover doesn’t really catch my eye either. I have high hopes for the content, though. 🙂
