One thing that always lures me into a cookbook are the pictures. I really love the bright and cheerful images in this healthy eating book of recipes. Also, anyone familiar with the author will know that the instructions are simple and the ingredients are easy to source. There are so many different methods to create a meal in one pan, and if you are like me, you will appreciate the quick clean-up.

    I love this! I can get all psyched seeing a recipe, then when i think of the practical implications (aka mountains of dishes), my enthusiasm shrivels up. Nothing is better than scrumptious and minimal clean up!

    thank you for your review. I also love a cookbook that has great pictures, easy instructions and simplicity. Cooking in one pan is a great way to cook. I have a few recipes that do this and I love that clean up is so simple. Will have to check this out.
