Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of A Daily Rhythm. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
Today’s Teaser Tuesday: In Real Life by Jessica Love

Author: Jessica Love
Publisher: St. Martin's Press
Publication Date: March 1, 2016

Hannah Cho and Nick Cooper have been best friends since 8th grade. They talk for hours on the phone, regularly shower each other with presents, and know everything there is to know about one another.
There's just one problem: Hannah and Nick have never actually met.
Hannah has spent her entire life doing what she's supposed to, but when her senior year spring break plans get ruined by a rule-breaker, she decides to break a rule or two herself. She impulsively decides to road trip to Las Vegas, her older sister and BFF in tow, to surprise Nick and finally declare her more-than-friend feelings for him.
Hannah's surprise romantic gesture backfires when she gets to Vegas and finds out that Nick has been keeping some major secrets. Hannah knows the real Nick can't be that different from the online Nick she knows and loves, but now she only has night in Sin City to figure out what her feelings for Nick really are, all while discovering how life can change when you break the rules every now and then.

Thoughts
I have only read a few pages of this one. I am really excited to spend some time reading it, though. This sounds exactly like the kind of book I will enjoy! Today, I will be sharing the first line of the book.

Erm. This is embarrassing… I hadn’t intended to add my link in such an abrupt manner – please accept my apologies for the ditz-headed moment… It is a TT for a fae whodunit
No worries! I sometimes hit the post comment button and then wish I could go back and fix on so many occasions! 😂
I have this on my TBR list it just sounds soo good and I knew I wanted to read as soon as I seen it on GR! The teaser is such a tease I want more haha!
This book was so good. I loved it. I don’t read a lot of light, contemporaries, but there are certain ones I can’t resist. This was one of them. The concept was wonderful, and the execution fantastic! I really hope you like this one!
I am enjoying this one! It has been the perfect break after reading all of those time travel books! Sometimes a light contemporary is just the fix I need! <3
This sounds like a fun synopsis. Meeting after all those years. Expectations and real life. I’d like to read it:)

This sounds like such a sweet YA contemporary! I love that this relationship started off through social media/online because it’s so common in the real life that I’m surprised it isn’t more common in books.
Ahhh, looking forward to your review of this one! I think it’s such a staple of life and friendships now — online friendships I mean!
