    Watching my kids expressions and joy when they first saw the ocean when we went to Daytona Beach when they were small.

    I used to live in Florida so I have a lot of memories but I laugh when I think of my first Christmas in Fl. Someone gave me an adorable sweater as a holiday gift and I wore it not knowing we were going to the beach that day. Man was I hot!

    My best beach memory is my senior year. The day before graduation me and all my good friends went to the beach together and had a great time. We knew it would be the last time we were all together so we wanted to cherish that moment forever.

    We got to the beach often so I have many. We always bring back shells and put them in cleaned out candle jars with the date on them.

    I’ve always gone on vacation to the Belgian coast ever since I was a baby but I haven’t been in the last two years due to health issues. But I have so many good memories of the beach, especially from when I was a kid. It was amazing!

    My favorite beach memory was when I had to walk seven miles back to the hotel in Cancun, Mexico from the beach because my friend accidentally took my wallet which I needed for a cab fare.

    My entire childhood was one big beach memory. My grandfather built a cottage on Lake Michigan, for all his kids and grandkids. We spent most of our summers at the beach-looking for sea glass, shells, or anything that washed up on shore. We took long, long walks on the beach. We loved it!

    We used to live by the Irish Sea and everyday single day, come rain or shine, I’d walk our black labrador for an hour or so. Lovely just to have the peace and quiet after a hectic day.

    My favorite beach memory was when my husband was stationed in San Diego before he went to VietNam we walked to the beach because we didn’t have money for transportation but we were young and it was the first time we saw the ocean.

    My sister, mom and I rented a beach house in Port Aransas and it was a fantastic trip with all our kids. We walked down to the beach and my sister was wearing a beach hat and all the sea gulls kept swarming around her and one even landed on her head. We have been to several in CA and they were pretty! This summer, We’re heading to Maui! Making more beach memories!

    Once we all went to the beach and climbed up the lighthouse, followed by sucking some ice lollies. I always love it when the waves wash up over my feet and my siblings and I are holding each other and cracking up 🙂

    Once, we rented a gorgeous villa by the beach in Bali and had a reunion there with my parents and my sister and her family. The villa came with a pool and a personal buggy. It was the best vacation I ever had!

    I used to live next to the beach in Florida as a kid.. My favorite memories were when my mom and I used to go to the beach together whenever my dad was working out of town. I guess no specific memory. I was really little. I do remember always having sand in my swim suit 😛

    My favorite memory is seeing my children’s faces when they first saw the ocean. I think they were 6 and 8, and we flew to California to go to Disneyland. They loved playing in the waves. I think they liked spending time on the beach more than Disneyland. 🙂

    My dad used to always take me to the beach as a child. When he was diagnosed with advanced Alzheimer’s disease I took him to the beach one last time. It was a place we both loved & found peace at, so I am glad that was a great time for us both.

    bunch of friends went to an unknown beach, lots of razer clam shells we all got cut, called it blood beach after that

    We’ve never lived near the ocean and our vacations did not include beaches but I did take the kids to water parks when they were young. Except for an occasional sunburn, it was usually a fun time.

    My favorite beach memories are all the times my best friend and I headed to the beach in Destin, FL (where we both used to live). We had the best times together. Now one of us is in Kentucky and the other in Alaska. How life changes!
