I planted a few pumpkin seed this year as well, but I am still waiting for some fruit to pop up. I hope that you find this book as yummy as I do, if you do decide to give it a try. 🙂

When I saw the title I was a bit ‘why would anyone need that many pumpkin recipes?’ but then I’m not a huge fan of pumpkin. A lot of these do sound really good though.

It is amazing how many recipes are in this book. Some of them only have a hint of pumpkin, so for those who are looking for the health benefits without the flavour this book can provide it. The black bean dip had no hint of pumpkin flavour, actually. 😉

I like pumpkin, but I don’t eat a lot of it. Some of these recipes would be a jump for my picky taste buds, but some of them sound really good!

Pumpkins in Ireland tend to be just for Halloween decoration so I’d love to learn more about them.
