Assassin’s Heart by Sarah Ahiers is a Romeo and Juliet retelling that sounds incredible. I can already tell that I am going to enjoy this book because Romeo and Juliet retellings are among my favourites. What is really interesting about this book is the fact that there are nine rival families. There is going to be some serious drama in this one. I’m so glad that this one releases pretty soon.

I thought this one was pretty good! Not the best debut I’ve read for February BUT definitely worth the read. It did NOT have the Romeo-and-Juliet romance I was expecting, sadly. But that is okay! I hope you enjoy this one when you read it, Olivia. 🙂

I think I’m in the minority but I actually am not a fan of Romeo and Juliet at all so I might give this one a miss and 9 rival families?! This is sure to get messy aha.
I love my retellings like nobody’s business, so I am definitely going to fall in love with this one. I have it as well, so it is just a matter of time before I dive in and start reading this goodie 😀
