Making Waves is a weekly question feature created by the Waterwitch Babes (part of Susan Dennard’s Truthwitch Street Team).  Every Thursday, we’ll have a fun question that all are welcome to answer on their blog.  Anyone can join! The questions will be random and/or relate to the upcoming book Truthwitch by Susan Dennard.  A linky is provided so that everyone can link up their post and participate in the fun!

To participate, we do ask that you use the Making Waves banner in your post and link back to the Waterwitch Babes blog.

This week’s question:

Happy Halloween! Feature something spooky and Truthwitch themed!

Well, I had a hard time deciding on how to do this post. As there is so much detail on the Truthwitch cover, I decided that attempting to carve it would be a bad idea. My carving skills are not that developed! So, I present to you my Witchlands Elemental Pumpkins:

Also, I just thought I would share a fun costume idea that I came across on Susan Dennard’s website. It is a steampunk themed tutorial that is something you might find Daniel Sheridan from Something Strange and Deadly wearing! I cannot believe how amazing Sooz’s costume turned out, and the fact that she crafted it herself is so amazing!

Next week’s question:

What video games do you like to play?

This turned out fantastic Olivia! All the pumpkins look so cute together. 😀 And the map is the perfect background. And I didn’t even realize Sooz had tutorials up for the steampunk outfit she made! Yay, more of her posts to read. 🙂
